Tim was amazingly helpful from my first conversation with him. He made me feel very comfortable and wanted to make sure I understood every part of the loan process. Anytime I reached out to Tim with a question he was available to help me right away. I found him to be incredibly caring and always positive.

Tim Pierce was very accomodating and takes time to explain the whole process in detail. He was always available to speak to us when we have questions. He and his team member always gave us heads up on any upcoming events or activities relating to the loan process. The best part was he made the whole process so easy and fast that it seems too good to be true. So I truly appreciate their help and will definitely recommend to other on him and the Northpointe.
